Fume hoods are used for laboratory ventilation for protecting poeple from the harm of smoke, dust and dangerous gases etc. Seean Lab Furniture as chemical fume hood manufacturer provide different fume cupboards with different materials( steel, PP, stainless steel), different sizes and relevant ventilation system.
Steel Fume Hood
1. Sizes: 1200*900*2350mm /1500*900*2350mm /1800*900*2350mm (L*W*H), customization available!
2. Worktop: 19mm Tresage laminate, excellent chemical resistance.
3. Main structure: made of nacked thick 1.0mm cold-rolled steel, some parts are made of 1.2 steel, plus professional epoxy resin powder coated, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, anti-corrosion and strong structure.
4. Base cabinet: made of nacked thick 1.0mm cold-rolled steel, with plus professional epoxy resin powder coated.
Doubling door thickess 20mm, max open approx. 220 degrees. With 304 stainless steel made hinges and handles.
5. Inner linning and air deflector are anti-corrosion 5mm compact laminate, chemical resistant.
6. Viewing window: 5mm tempered glass, vertical open.
7. Water service: PP cup sink & single faucet.
8. Socket: universal sockets.
9. Control panel: button press, english version.
10. VAV system is option, with velocity monitoring, automatic adjusting, alarm etc.
Fume hood is modular design, base cabinet is welded well, top part is pre-assembled, easy-installation on site.
Products are manufactured according to SEFA, CE, ISO standards.
