Laboratory benches are also called laboratory workbenches, laboratory tables, laboratory workstations, are widely used in hospital, school, company, chemical plant, scientific research institute etc. for doing experiments and placing instruments. They include island bench (central bench), side bench (wall bench), and they could be made of different materials like steel, stainless steel, PP (Polypropylene), wood.

Steel Island Bench

1. Size: 3000*1500*850mm(L*W*H), customization available!

2. Worktop: 19mm Tresage laminate, excellent chemical resistance.

3. Base cabinet: made of nacked thick 1.0mm cold-rolled steel, full-length welding with polishing, plus professional epoxy resin powder coated, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm on each side, anti-corrosion and strong structure, weight bearing up to max 900KG.

4. Base cabinets include drawer/s and door/s with beam structure. Drawer with American-style roller self-priming slideways with strong load bearing over 50KG. A middle beam between drawers, makes stronger structure and better stability. Doubling door thickess 20mm, max open approx. 220 degrees. With 304 stainless steel made hinges and U shape handles, strong adjustment feet.

5. Sitting space included.

6. Reagent shelf: 350x750mm(W x H),two sides, two floors, 10mm tempered glass shelves, steel structure support.

7. Hanging cabinet: made of nacked thick 1.0mm cold-rolled steel with professional epoxy resin powder coated, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm on each side, glass window doors with 304 stainless steel handle and hinge.

8. Socket: Univeral type on reagent shelf pillar.

9. Sink&faucet: lab dedicated 1xPP sink, 1x tripple outlet Faucet, 1x pegboard, 1x eyewash.

Benches are modular design, welded-well modular and pre-assembled, guarantee high quality and easy installation.

Products are manufactured according to SEFA, CE, ISO standards.
